SAGE AYURVEDIC CLIENT POLICY
Creating a Safe, Respectful, and Healing Space
At Sage Ayurvedic, every session is delivered with care, professionalism, and presence.
To ensure a nurturing experience for both client and therapist, the following policies apply to
all bookings.
 

Bookings & Payments
● All appointments must be booked in advance.
● Full payment or a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your session.
● Payments can be made via card, bank transfer, or online booking system.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you.
● 48+ hours notice: you may reschedule without any charge
● 24–48 hours notice: 50% of the treatment fee may be charged
● Less than 24 hours or no-show: full session fee charged
 

If you become unwell with any contagious condition (cold, flu, fever, COVID, skin infection,
stomach illness), please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Your wellbeing, and
the wellbeing of others, is a priority.
 

Late Arrival
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full duration of your session.
Late arrival may result in a shorter treatment, and the full fee will still apply.
 

Consultation, Health & Safety
All clients are required to complete a consultation form before treatment.
Please inform the therapist of:
● medical conditions
● allergies
● injuries
● medications
● recent operations
Some conditions may require GP approval or may prevent treatment for safety.
 

This allows your session to be safe, ethical, and tailored to your needs.
 

Professional Boundaries
Sage Ayurvedic maintains the highest professional and ethical standards.
● All treatments are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual
● Any inappropriate language or behaviour will result in immediate termination of the
session
● Full payment will apply, and future bookings may be declined
 

Your dignity, comfort and boundaries are always respected.
 

Confidentiality & Data Protection
All personal information and consultation forms are kept strictly confidential and stored
securely in line with GDPR.
Your privacy matters.
 

Pregnancy
Some treatments can be adapted for pregnancy.
Please notify at the time of booking so the appropriate treatment can be offered.
 

Age Requirements
Clients must be 18+ unless pre-approved and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
 

Gift Vouchers
● Valid for 3 months
● Non-refundable
● May be redeemed on treatments or courses unless stated otherwise
 

Therapist Cancellations
If Sage Ayurvedic must cancel due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session will
be rescheduled or refunded in full — you will never lose your booking.
 

Client Comfort & Consent
Your body and boundaries are respected at all times.
If you ever need:
● a change of pressure
● a pause
● or to discuss anything during treatment
please communicate freely. Your comfort comes first.
 

By booking a session, you agree to these policies and confirm the
information provided is accurate and honest.
